pumpkin head breaks green light

the headless horseman comes as an omen of bad news, but his msg is cryptic. around the site of our cottage in the woods there are many lights (similar to street lights) there are amber and red and green ones every where in different assortments. the headless horseman with a pumpkin for a head breaks all the green lights in the vicinity with a long staff he enters the house and looms ominously at us children standing at 4 am, bed hair and all. then he rides off into the night. what does the msg mean? we dont know: we're just children. but we get a broom and try to clean the broken glass and find that all the broken green lights have beetles in the cavities of the bulbs. we give up for the night and go back to bed.
